In the past sports were a human investment ,in other words sporting clubs and centres were in a charge of discovering talented people and helping them to reach success in national and international championships .They did sport for sport and there was a high sense of competition for the winning morale.

Everything started to change when these clubs became giant organisations and financial capitals with their own rules. The competition becomes more tangible and means money, so it is a new approach of investment. They started to buy every professional or gifted player from the other clubs and they pay vast amount of money which might exceed £ million. Players earn a considerable amount of money and become famous and admirable on national and international scales. They even earn more than doctors and other people who have more vital role in the community and that for just winning a game and being talented .As result of this, many young people now prefer to start their career early in sport rather than to spend many years in the classical education and after that seeking for a suitable job that might never be found, So they choose the easiest and the fastest way to achieve their goals and they might be lucky enough to make a fortune.

Monopoly is one of the main disadvantages for these practices, in other words few clubs control sporting field by forcing other clubs to the margin by buying their outstanding players and as a result many sport centres lost their glitters and became neglected. On the other hand those monopolise sports are becoming more and more powerful as they converted sport to industry which puts more pressure on their players who are threatened to be sold to less famous and known clubs in case their performance became weak, so it is the easy way that raise them or put an end for their career and for those who do not have other qualifications, it will be a real problem. On the other hand, for audience there is no difference, they seek for pleasure and a good game and it does not matter what is behind the scene.

In conclusion, Sports became huge industry and money inspired everyone takes part in that field. There is a great competition but the motivations have change alongside with the ethics of these sporting activities. As a result sport was converted from a desire in itself to a way for approaching many personal desires, starting from the administration of the clubs and ending with the players at playgrounds.
