DNA pro filling is very a powerful ,accurate and sensitive technique which is used to identify criminals .In my opinion it is one of the most advanced technology because the criminal can mask their finger print but they can not change their genetic code .The investigators can identify anyone through their hair ,body fluid and so on
Biometrics is another effective tool they identify people thought their anatomical and physiological features .e.g. hand geometry,hand writing signature, voice, facial feature and finger print.

the public bodies have the right to access the personal details of everyone e.g. e mail ,telephone and they try making telephone records mandatory for at least one year for public safety
